Alan needed help finding work, and thanks to Cyfle Cymru, he is now one month into work placement with a mortgage company.
Working alongside his peer mentor in Pontypool, 63-year-old Alan strengthened his CV, developed his employability skills and has the opportunity of a part-time job when his placement ends.
Having been on an incredible journey with Cyfle Cymru, Alan achieved this within the space of just seven months!
