A career accountant, Lynn Bennoch joined CAIS in August 2006 following previous posts within higher education and local government. In her capacity as Deputy Chief Executive and Commercial Director, Lynn oversees the charity’s financial affairs and also leads a number of key projects.
She has responsibility for the Wales-wide Peer Mentoring Programme, an employment-focused scheme working to secure training employment for individuals recovering from drug and alcohol problems.
This European-funded initiative includes the Employment Support Scheme offering intervention and training on substance misuse issues to employers and employees. She has financial oversight of CAIS’s delivery of the DWP Work Programme in Gwynedd and Môn. Lynn is Chair of DACW, and a Director of Living Room Cardiff. She also sits as a Director of CAIS Social Enterprises Limited, which is very active in creating employment and start-ups for CAIS’s client group.
