“I was referred to CAIS as my life was spiralling out of control and have been supported by Jo Woodward from CAIS for 3 and a half years now.
“She has been a massive support to me and has helped me turn my life around.
“I have now even started volunteering with Jo at the Cyfle Cymru drop-in around my local area in Llanrwst and I’m looking forward to doing more courses in future and helping others in the same situation.
“I truly believe if it wasn’t for the help and support from Jo at CAIS, I would have lost my kids, my home and even my own life.”
