Since he was referred to Cyfle Cymru by Dyfed Drug and Alcohol Service in 2017, Robert has pulled through some dark times and is now moving on with his life. Due to a combination of complex mental health issues, substance abuse and a fear of seeking-help, Aaron from Gwynedd found his physical and mental health at great risk. David’s confidence has developed after just two months of volunteering at Bryn y Wal in Denbighshire, thanks to Cyfle Cymru.
