Before turning to Cyfle Cymru, Nicole was lacking in confidence and struggling to find a job. With the help of her peer mentor, she is now back in employment.
Nicole, 19, attended some of the accredited training courses run by Cyfle Cymru including the personal confidence course.
She also started volunteering at a farm, which also helped to boost her confidence and meet new people.
With this new found confidence, Nicole from Prestatyn started applying for jobs and was offered two job interviews. Nicole now works at the Robin Hood Holiday Park in Rhyl.
Nicole said: “Cyfle Cymru have also helped me to make lots of new friends”
Cyfle Cymru is delivered by members of the DACW Consortium.
Cyfle Cymru is part of the Welsh Government’s Out of Work Service, supported by the European Social Fund.
